CABLE MODEM AND ITS ASSEMBLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable modem that can reduce unwanted signals inputted to a circuit board for processing signals and signal terminals from the outside and unwanted radiation caused by the circuit board. SOLUTION: This cable modem has a shield case 34 which shields a circuit board 21 and formed in a hexahedron, and a plurality of terminals 35 used for inputting and outputting signals to and from the circuit board 21.
