PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet dispensing with maintenance and capable of enjoing the appearance change of a decorative material with the elapse of time by positively employing the change of a metal-like state with the elapse of time as an appearance change. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 10 is constituted by forming a bonding layer 12 on one side of a sheetlike support member 11 and forming a metal exposed layer 13, which has the powdery particles of a metal or metal compound bonded thereto, on the bonding layer 12. Further, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 is formed on the other surface of the sheetlike support member 11 and a release layer 15 for covering the same is formed.
