PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a data from being unjustly reproduced in a data reading device without requiring a special software etc. in the data reading device. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a data storage means, an access information storage means storing access information enabling to access to the data, and a data processing means processing the data based on a prescribed procedure. After the data is written in the data storage means, the access information to the written data is stored, the stored access information is updated, the updated update access information is written in the access information storage means, and the data is processed with reference to the update access information.
