PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a background image corresponding to a display of a flow image properly even if the quantity of a contrast agent changes during measurement or a receiving signal from a tissue changes by body movement during measurement. SOLUTION: Brightness of a background image B is adjusted according to an average signal strength (a) and a standard average signal strength b. For example, G=Wf×F+Wb×(b/a)×B is defined, and when the average signal strength (a) rises as the quantity of the contrast agent at the measuring point increases during the measurement, the brightness of the background image B decreases.
