<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a patient's safety by using a monitoring system also on whether the patient has awoken from anesthesia. <P>SOLUTION: This biological monitoring system 10 has a storage device 20 storing biological state information, measuring instruments 12, 14, 16 for measuring a biological state, and a control device 18.
