<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a protection cover set on an outer side of a dust cover for a coil spring energizing an operation sleeve slidably attached on an outer circumference of a female joint member without enlarging diameter thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The dust cover 22 composed of a cylindrical flexible material is mounted in such a manner that one end edge 22-1 is fixed on an outer circumference surface of the female type main body 16 and the material extends axial direction rearward from the one end edge and turns other way round and extends axial direction forward, and that another end edge 22-2 is fixed on an operation sleeve 18.
