<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery with a battery quality improved and a yield rate heightened, through improvement of contact failure due to sliding off of a contact pin for a conversion process from a head part of an electrode pin of a battery during the conversion process of the battery, by forming a protruded part at a head part of the electrode pin. <P>SOLUTION: In the lithium secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly 312 with a first electrode 313, a second electrode 315 and a separator 314 set between them all wound around, a can 310 housing the electrode assembly 312, a cap plate 340 coupled to a top-stage opening of the can 310 and with a terminal through-hole 341 formed, and an electrode pin 330 inserted into the terminal through-hole 341, the electrode pin 330 includes a flat-plate head part 132 and a column part 136 extended from an underside of the head part 132, and a protruded part 134 is formed along an edge of a top face of the head part 132. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
