<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record two streams simultaneously by a digital broadcast receiving, recording, and reproducing device which records and reproduces an input stream to and from a recording and reproducing device, and to reproduce and view a stream which is recorded simultaneously when the other stream is reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 1,000 extracts a featured part from one of video and audio to be recorded, makes the other video and audio to be recorded retate to each other simultaneously, and puts information on the relation in a lump to generate and record a management file in a recording means 100 together with the video and the audio to be recorded.
