An apparatus for preventing noxious insects from entering a vehicle is provided to allow an occupant of the vehicle to take rest in a state in which a window of the vehicle is opened. An apparatus for preventing noxious insects from entering a vehicle comprises a flexible insect net(30). The flexible insect net is detachably installed at a guide groove(22) formed at a window frame(20) of a vehicle. The flexible insect net blocks sunshine to prevent a noxious insect from entering the vehicle when a window is open. The flexible insect net includes a frame(32) inserted into the guide groove, a sunvisor member(34) having a net shape, and a handle. The handle is installed at two inner sides of the frame such that the user grips the handle when the flexible insect net is attached/detached to/from the window frame.
