PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of enhancing the workability in the case of selecting image data, by making the number of pixels of the image data easily graspable from among a display menu of thumbnails. SOLUTION: The thumbnails TN provided to the image data are displayed on a display region as a list. A proper paper size PS is respectively displayed to an upper-right part of each thumbnail TN. The proper paper size PS represents a paper size, in matching with the printing size which the image data of the corresponding thumbnail TN can take at printing, and a maximum paper size printable by the number of pixels of image data Dp among paper sizes stored in a paper size table is displayed.
