A system for recirculating plasma reformer exhaust gas in a diesel engine is provided to reduce a driving parameter and power consumption of a reformer by removing an existing heat exchanger. A system for recirculating plasma reformer exhaust gas in a diesel engine includes a diesel engine(21), an exhaust gas recirculating device(22), a reformer(23), and an exhaust gas subsequent process device(24). The diesel engine uses diesel oil and external air is inserted into the diesel engine. The recirculating device recirculates the exhaust gas into the diesel engine, wherein the exhaust gas is discharged from the diesel engine. The reformer receives the exhaust gas discharged from the recirculating device and also receives the diesel oil so as to reform. The exhaust gas discharged from the reformer and the recirculating device is guided into the subsequent process device.
