An aromatic light-emitting compound is provided to realize excellent light emitting efficiency and life span, a suitable color coordinate and excellent thin film stability, thereby imparting high quality and excellent lifespan to a light emitting device. An aromatic light-emitting compound is represented by the following formula 1. In formula 1, ring A is a fused aryl group formed by fusing at least two rings; each of Ar1 and Ar2 independently represents a C6-C30 aryl group; and each of R1-R4 independently represents H, a C1-C20 linear or branched alkyl, alkoxy, C6-C30 aryl or heteroaryl, or halogen, wherein the fused aryl, aryl, heteroaryl, alkyl and alkoxy are optionally further substituted with a C1-C20 linear or branched alkyl, aryl or halogen group.
