A device and a method for correcting the structure of a human body are provided to correct and improve the status of the human body according to each purpose by educating the corresponding purpose or supporting the weight according to the purpose by printing a weight support position on various structures corresponding to a foot part and a bottom face of the foot. A device for correcting the structure of a human body by using pressure of the bottom of the sole of the foot is composed of: a protruded part(140) or a recessed part(150) formed correspondently to the sole of the foot; an upper plate(110); a middle plate(120) formed at the lower side of the upper plate and provided with at least one hole; a lower plate(130) formed at the lower side of the middle plate; and an insertion member fitted into the hole of the middle plate. The protruded or recessed part is formed due to height difference between the insertion member and the middle plate.
