PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a unity of a case member to its frame member at the attaching and to facilitate the attaching or detaching of the case member in relation to a frame structure of a printer. SOLUTION: This printer is equipped with the frame member 50 and the case member 20 that covers the frame member 50. The printer comprises first and second engaging means 41 (50a), 42 (50b). The first engaging means 41 restricts the opening movement of opening ends of opposing face plates of the case member 20 in a direction separating from each other in a condition that the case member is attached thereto. The second engaging means 42 restricts the releasing movement of the case member in an opposite direction of the attaching direction in a condition that the case member is attached thereto and is provided to a portion near a side of the coupling ends of the face plates rather than the first engaging means 41. |
