A bending machine for a synthetic resin sheet is provided to prevent damage to coating of the sheet by bending the sheet in such a manner that one side of the sheet is prevented from moving and the other side of the sheet is moved in the bending direction. A bending machine for a synthetic resin sheet includes a table(10), an upper heating unit(20), and a lower heating unit(30). The table has a surface on which a synthetic resin sheet is set. The upper heating unit has a grounding part being in contact with the upper surface of the synthetic resin sheet, and a groove formed between the grounding parts. The upper heating unit has a heater including a single nichrome wire arranged at the center of the upper surface of the groove such that the single nichrome wire is prevented from contacting the sheet. The lower heating unit has a grounding part being in contact with the lower surface of the synthetic resin sheet, and a groove formed between the grounding parts. The lower heating unit has a heater including a single nichrome wire arranged at the center of the lower surface of the groove such that the single nichrome wire is prevented from contacting the sheet. The bent part of the sheet heated by the upper heating unit and the lower heating unit is positioned at the edge of an object, and bent in one direction about the point of the sheet corresponding to the nichrome wire.
