PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat slinger for preventing the generation of a heat spot on the outside surface of a cabinet near a heat generating component and the mounting structure of the heat slinger. SOLUTION: The heat slinger 10 is provided with an inside first layer 11 and an outside second layer 12 while the heat conductivity of the second layer 12 is smaller than that of the first layer 11. On the other hand, the heat slinger is provided with a region opposed to the cabinet and, in this region, the second layer 12 is closer to the cabinet than the first layer 11.
