PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil which is small and can remove high frequency noise. SOLUTION: A common mode choke coil 1 consists of a laminated layer 4 formed between a first magnetic substrate 2 and a second magnetic substrate 3. The laminated layer 4 is formed by laminating a first insulating layer 5, a primary coil 9, an intercoil insulating layer 10, a secondary coil 14 and a second insulating layer 15, etc. Each of the coils 9, 14 is formed by using helical coil patterns 6, 11, the width dimension W of line coil patterns 6, 11 is set within the range of 1 to 25μm and space dimensionδbetween the adjacent lines is set to 16μm or less. Therefore it is possible to reduce areas of each of the coils 9, 14 and to lower a floating capacity of each of the coils 9, 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
