PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose an electronic equipment such as a cell phone terminal to be small size and to ensure excellent lighting from viewpoint of design when a lighting function is integrated into an installation part of a key provided the equipment. SOLUTION: The invention is applied to the electronic equipment to which keys are installed in a housing composing an apparatus main body. The electronic equipment is provided with a contact point 161 in which a conductive state is varied by a pushing down operation from above. A key member composed as a light transmitting part partially having a light transmitting property is installed above the contact part 161. Then, a ring-like light conducting member installed in a ring shape surrounding the contact part is installed. Furthermore, light is made incident on a side surface of the ring-like light conducting member from a light emitting element installed on the side surface of the ring-like light conducting member.
