PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium reproduction device in which various management, such as rental charge and lending/return of electronic books can be performed simply, according to the access situation. SOLUTION: Access information, such as the number of pages of access and charge for main information processed by an information processing part 34B, is recorded in a second UTOC of a disk 12. The main information is stored in a buffer memory 34A and is output to a display device 40 or I/F 44 after recording of access information. The access information recorded in the disk 12 is outputted, when disk management such as charge request in a rental shop is performed, and edited by an access information editing part 50A of a host computer 50. As a result, charge request can be performed according to the access situation. Also, access information is accumulated in a host memory 50B and is processed statistically.
