PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of collision sound during unloading without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: In this disk device in which a disk D is transferred from a turntable 9 onto a tray 4 by lowering (d) a lever shift 5B on the basis of an unloading signal to make a traverse chassis 5A be in an inclination attitude, and the tray 4 is made to advance (a), a plurality of trapezoidal mounting tables 2 that swell upward are formed by applying sheet metal working to the bottom chassis 1a of a housing 1, a loader chassis 3 is fixed onto the respective mounting tables 2, a bar-shaped elastic cushioning material 20 is projected integrally with the lever shift 5B oppositely to one of the mounting tables 2, and when the lever shift 5B is lowered down (d) to the lower limit position, the elastic cushioning material 20 is brought into contact with the top face or the inclining side face of the mounting table 2 to be elastically displaced.
