PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk recoeding/reproducing device which is improved in operability by managing the relation between a title and a user, thereby allowing a lot of titles to be easily managed. SOLUTION: In an HDD integrated type optical disk device (disk recording play back device) 10, a user name is registered in accordance with operation, comment indicating necessity/needlessness for each title is given corresponding to the user name in accordance with operation, the user name registered in accordance with operation is retrieved, contents of the comment are output with the prescribed display form for each title.
