PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin mech using a small hopper suitable for an automatic vending machine, etc. SOLUTION: The coin mech has :a coin selector which is arranged on an upper part of a box-shaped frame, discriminates denominations of inserted coins and sorts the coins for every denomination; a reservoir chamber which is demarcated under the coin selector of the frame and one vertical surface of which is opened; two coin hoppers arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction in the reservoir chamber and pay out the coins one by one from coin payout ports on the side of a rotary disk by rotation of the rotary disk; a sliding device which supports the coin hoppers to be freely paid in and out from the reservoir chamber; a payout passageway which is connected to each of the coin payout ports and an acceptance passageway which accepts the coins from the coin selector and guides the coins to the corresponding coin hoppers in the reservoir chamber.
