DATA INPUT CIRCUIT

摘要

A data input circuit is provided to assure data setup and hold margin by transmitting stable output with low noise influence. A sense amplifier(100) inputs and senses a pair of data signals by being synchronized with a clock signal. An ODT(On Die Termination) unit(200) performs termination operation by being connected to an input line loaded with the pair of data signals. The sense amplifier comprises a comparison part, a sensing part and a driving part. The comparison part compares the pair of data signals. The sensing part senses and amplifies the pair of data signals according to an output signal of the comparison part. The driving part drives the comparison part and the sensing part according to the clock signal.
