An apparatus and a method for controlling digital door lock devices having an impact detection function are provided to enhance safety of the digital door lock devices by informing users of impact applied to the digital door lock devices. Objectors are detected using infrared rays(S10). When the objectors are detected, wireless communication between a digital door lock device and a station is performed(S20). In unlocking performed by an RF(Radio Frequency) card, the digital door lock device is unlocked when the data of the RF card transmitted from the digital door lock device is recognized(S30). In unlocking performed by mobile phones, a phone number of the mobile phones is authenticated and a wireless communication signal from the station is transmitted to the digital door lock device according to the authentication. Then the digital door lock device is unlocked(S40). When an impact is applied to the digital door lock devices, information related to the impact is transmitted to user so as to determine locking and unlocking of the digital door lock device(S50).
