An automatic transmission control apparatus of a vehicle is provided to perform an automatic transmission control according to the number of rotation in case difference between the number of rotation of a front wheel and the number of rotation of a rear wheel is generated. A control part automatically shifts a transmission according to speed information of a vehicle. A first sensor(51) detects the number of rotation of a front wheel(WF). A second sensor(52) detects the number of rotation of a rear wheel(WR). A unit(63) detecting difference of the number of rotation detects difference of the number of rotation of a front wheel and a rear wheel based on information of the first sensor and the second sensor. If the difference of the number of rotation is detected, the control part performs an automatic transmission control.
