<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-containing plated film which has, for example, a function of restraining the natural oxidation of the Ni-containing plated film without deteriorating characteristics of the Ni-containing plated film, by laminating a plated film formed while adding sodium saccharate to a plating bath on another plated film formed without adding sodium saccharate to the plating bath, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The lower plated film 1 is formed without adding sodium saccharate to the plating bath and the upper plated film 2 is formed while adding sodium saccharate to the plating bath. A NiS layer 4 is made to exist in the upper plated film 2 in the position lower than the surface 2a of the upper plated film. As a result, the Ni-containing plated film can be made to have a layered structure having the function of restraining the natural oxidation of the Ni-containing plated film without deteriorating characteristics of the Ni-containing plated film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
