<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving speed detecting device and a moving speed detecting method capable of estimating a relative moving speed of a mobile station to a base station with a simple calculation utilizing a tracking correction value involved in a pass capture tracking operation. SOLUTION: A RAKE signal processing part 50 estimates a relative speed to the base station by using pass position fluctuation speeds 1-401 to n-401 respectively inputted from the normalizing part 41 of finger processing parts 1 to n, and weight coefficients 1-302 to n-302 respectively inputted from the pass tracing deciding part 31 of the finger processing parts 1 to n.</p> |
