The present invention provides a bobbin for winding a precursor fiber of a carbon fiber, including: a cylindrical inner drum formed into a cylindrical body and in which at least one end is opened in an axial direction of the cylindrical body; and a cylindrical outer drum formed into a cylindrical body, having a diameter larger than that of the inner drum, arranged in the outer circumference of the inner drum, and arranged to have a central axis identical to the axial direction of the inner drum. The inner and outer drums include multiple air vents in the cylindrical bodies to enable air ventilation in the radial direction of the cylinder bodies. According to the present invention, the bobbin is capable of stably forming a winding cake without snapping the precursor fiber. Moreover, the uniform post-treatment of the winding cake around which the precursor fiber is wound is possible.
