PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation device having stable distortion dependency, temperature dependency and surface pressure dependency, having small change of a yield load to repeated excitation, and having stable energy absorption performance to repeated excitation in a long-term earthquake.SOLUTION: A seismic device 1 includes a lamination elastic body 8 in which an elastic layer 3 and a rigidity layer 7 are alternately laminated, and a columnar cylindrical body 14 that comprises damping bodies 12 press-fitted into a columnar hollow part 11 of the lamination elastic body 8.
