mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of stator of gas- turbine engine compressor with radial clearance control system. Said compressor of gas-turbine engine has stator with outer body and inner body accommodating rings installed by means of "projection - slot" joint, and radial clearance control system which control clearances between stator and rotor. According to invention, inner body is made solid, and outer body is provided with axial split. Rings of guides-vanes assembles and working rings are segment ones, with sealing plates installed between adjacent segments in slots at I<L where 1 is axial length of "projection - slot" joint and L is axial clearance between trailing edge of vane of guide-vane assembly and leading edge of neighbor working blade. Owing to the fact that inner body of compressor on which working rings of guide-vane assemblies are secured is made solid, i.e. without horizontal split, minimum clearances between stator and rotor are provided. EFFECT: increased efficiency of multistage compressor, improved manufacturability owing to provision of controllability of radial clearances between stator and rotor. 4 dwg |
