SOLUTION: The device of the invention has an imaging means (19) to fetch an image of a meter portion in a measuring meter, a memory means (12) to stores checking data which is already checked, a communication means (13) to receive a checking data request signal from the outside by wireless and to transmit the checking data to the outside by wireless, a power source means (20) to supply power source to the imaging means and the communication means, and a clocking means to clock a day. The device is also provided with a data checking process to control the power sources of the imaging means and a communication means according to the time by this clocking means, and a control means (7) to control data communication process to transmit the checking data if the checking data request signal is received by determining whether it is received or not. The control means divides a day into first and second period to carry out the meter checking process only during the first period and the data communication process only during the second period. |
