PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a dielectric waveguide which is inexpensive in production cost, free from causing cracks or chips, and also allows making each dimension of a dielectric strip accurately. SOLUTION: In the production method of the dielectric waveguide in which the dielectric strip is disposed between a pair of conductive boards which are substantially parallel, there are provided a step of forming regist materials on greensheets containing inorganic powder and organic binder at a minimum, a step of removing a desired volume of greensheets corresponding to the opening of regist materials using the regist materials as masking, a step of removing regist materials, and a step of firing the greensheets. In the step of removing the desired volume of greensheets, the removing speed may vary successively or intermittently along the depth direction of the greensheets. |
