PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress sensor high in durability and credibility with a simple structure forming a coil on a substrate.SOLUTION: A stress sensor includes: stress receiving members 10/10A formed of a magnetic body and receiving a stress in the predetermined direction with magnetic permeability changing in accordance with a magnitude of the received stress; detection parts 20/20A/20B/20C having a coil 22 made of an eddy-like wiring pattern formed in substrates 21/25/27/28/29 and substrates 21/25/27/28/29; and mold resins 30/30A storing detection parts 20/20A/20B/20C and the outer peripheral surface avoiding the stress of the stress receiving members 10/10A provided by surrounding an outer peripheral surface. The substrates 21/25/27/28/29 of the detection parts 20/20A/20/20C are arranged in parallel with an outer peripheral surface 10a avoiding the stress of the stress receiving members 10/10A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
