PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use certificate issuing device, a management server, and a management program capable of automatically issuing the use certificate of a charged public transport.SOLUTION: A use certificate issuing device 1 includes: a reader part 10; a communication part 11; an issuing part 13; and a control part 20. The reader part 10 reads the identification information of a user from a medium used for the use of the charged public transport. The communication part 11 communicates with a management server 100 which manages the use of the public transport. The issuing part 13 issues the use certificate for certifying the use of the public transport. The control part 20 controls the communication part 11 to transmit the identification information of a user read by the reader part 10 to the management server 100, and controls the issuing part 13 to issue a use certificate on the basis of information returned from the management server 100, and received by the communication part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
