PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of charging the battery of a car properly without a plurality of charging means. SOLUTION: An elevator device is provided with an electricity supply means for supplying electricity from a power supply 8 on the ground at a specified position to the side of the car 6, an electricity supply cam 9 arranged at a specified position of a hoistway 27, for example, and an electricity receiving section 10 to be installed in the car 6. The car 6 is provided with a calculation means for calculating the quantity of electricity charged in the battery 11, a car controller 1, for example, and a data transmitting means 25 for transmitting the data according to the quantity of charged electricity calculated by the controller 1. The controller 1 for controlling the car 6, when judging that the quantity of electricity charged in the battery 11 reaches a specified value or less, moves the car 6 to a specified position for charging the battery 11. |
