PURPOSE: A method for editing a digital image is provided to reduce the time for editing an image by adding script modes and providing libraries, and by enabling a user to input and process an image on line. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether an image is opened in order for a user to perform an image edition(S100). In case that the image isn't opened, an opening of the image is performed(S101). In case that the image is opened, a processing button is selected(S102). A script mode is displayed(S103). The script mode is inputted(S104). A script history is selected(S105). A script mode is displayed(S106). The suitability of the script mode is judged(S108). In case that the script mode is unsuitable, an error message is displayed(S109). In case that the script mode is suitable, an image processing function is executed(S110). An image according to a processing result is displayed(S111). In case that the image is displayed, the script history is stored(S112). It is judged whether a closing is performed(S113).
