The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) which are inhibitors of Semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidases (SSAO)wherein R, X and Rare as defined in the claims. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and to the use of these compounds in the treatment or prevention of diseases wherein inhibition of SSAO activity is beneficial, such as inflammatory diseases, immune disorders and the inhibition of tumour growth. |
