People generally perceive Hodugwaja (small walnut-flavored cake in the size and shape of walnut) as a luxurious food, and thus the purpose of the present invention is to produce Hodugwaja which is more wholesome, affordable, and excellent in quality for ordinary people. The method of producing Hodugwaja has effects in that ordinary people can buy high quality Hodugwaja at affordable price (for example: 6 pieces for 1000 won), and kneading dough can be performed without using water to enable Hodugwaja to be easily sold at a street stall or a small shop. An early-retiree or an unemployed youth having difficulty in landing a job can run his/her own business with a small sum of money, thus finding new hope. The method of producing Hodugwaja includes: a first step for mixing flour, sugar, dextrose, an expanding agent, a flour odor eliminator; a second step for beating an egg; a third step for inputting salt into heated milk and stirring the resultant mixture to dissolve a salt grain thereof; a fourth step for inputting butter thereto; and a fifth step for inputting a fried peanut thereto. |
