PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce irregularity of printed images generated due to characteristics of nozzles and suppress generation of streaks.SOLUTION: The printing data generation device acquires target image data; acquires dither matrixes; acquires characteristic values relating to ink discharge amounts of a plurality of nozzles; identifies a plurality of specific thresholds in the dither matrixes corresponding to specific lines in a target image; and executes a first correction process in which a threshold different from the minimum threshold of the plurality of identified specific thresholds is corrected and the minimum threshold is not corrected, using characteristic values of specific nozzles, which is used for printing specific lines, of the plurality of nozzles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
