Provided is a business distribution method in a personal assistant service using text messages. The business distribution method in a personal assistant service using text messages comprises the steps of: registering at least one keyword for each of a plurality of business categories; registering at least one agent for each of the plurality of business categories; receiving a text message including a customer request from a customer device; identifying the at least one keyword included in the received text message; identifying the business category corresponding to the at least one keyword which is identified among the plurality of business categories; and distributing business related to the customer request to the at least one agent registered with respect to the identified business category. The text message is transmitted by a mobile communication text message service or an instant message service. The business distribution method of the present invention can effectively distribute the business to the professional agent of the business category to which the customer request belongs. |
