A circular sludge collector according to the present invention includes: a rotation driving unit provided in a central portion of a sludge treatment tank having a central portion where a sludge discharge hopper is formed and driven to be capable of rotating around a vertical central axis; a frame extended in a radial shape from the rotation driving unit and performing a rotary movement on the sludge treatment tank based on a driving force of the rotation driving unit; a rotating wheel provided in the frame and rolling along a bottom surface of the sludge treatment tank based on the rotary movement of the frame; a driving conversion unit transmitting a rotation force of the rotating wheel after axial conversion; a scrapper arm rotating along a pre-set trajectory based on the rotation force transmitted by the driving conversion unit; and a plurality of scrappers connected to the scrapper arm, moving along the rotation trajectory of the scrapper arm, and collecting sludge in a direction of the hopper from a circumference of the sludge treatment tank. According to the present invention, frame rotation and scrapper arm movement can be performed at the same time by the single rotation driving unit alone. In addition, sludge in a precipitation tank can be effectively collected.
