The present invention relates to a portable working machine (1), comprising: a connection pipe (21) to connect a distal end of a rear operation tube (7) and a proximal end of a front operation tube (8); a lever (28) provided on an outer peripheral portion of the connection pipe (21), and having a protrusion (28d) to engage with a positioning hole (8a) formed on the proximal end of the front operation tube (8); and a rib (30) erected on the outer peripheral portion of the connection pipe (21), and extended around the lever (28) so as to surround the lever (28), wherein the shape of an upper end of the rib (30) is provided to correspond to the shape of an upper surface of the lever (28), when the protrusion (28d) is in an engaged state with the positioning hole (8a). |
