Disclosed is a basket for a chair ski. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the basket for a chair ski, used for sports rehabilitation of paraplegic patients or patients losing the lower half of their body, includes a cushion member bonded to the inside through glue. The cushion member comprises: a waist protecting part formed to be divided by multiple cutting parts, and placed to surround a waist part of a user; a hucklebone protecting part placed on a hucklebone part, in other words, a part receiving the weight of the user when the user sits on the basket; and a thigh protecting part placed to surround a thigh part of the user. A wing towards the rear of the basket is formed at both ends of the waist protecting part, and a wing towards the front of the basket is formed at both ends of the thigh protecting part and the hucklebone protecting part.
