The present invention relates to a tissue case with a changing face, which can arouse a users attention visually or auditorily according to an amount of tissues used by the user. The present invention comprises: a hollow case to house an electronic device and tissues and having a slot on one side for discharging the tissues; a display unit positioned on a front side within the case and composed of a plurality of LEDs; a motion detection unit positioned within the case to measure an amount of tissues pulled out; a control unit positioned within the case to control operation of the motion detection unit and the display unit and embedding a timer; and a power supply unit positioned within the case to supply power to the display unit, the motion detection unit and the control unit.
