摘要 An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic design system for a selective catalytic reduction reactor, which enables a person, who does not have specific knowledge related to design of a selective catalytic reduction reactor, to easily design an optimized selective catalytic reduction reactor in accordance with specifications of an engine and physical properties of a catalyst. The automatic design system for a selective catalytic reduction reactor according to the present invention comprises: an input means for inputting exhaust gas information and catalyst information (S100); a means for calculating a diameter (d) of an exhaust pipe and an initial value of a width of a body of a selective catalytic reduction reactor (D) based on the exhaust gas information (S200); a means for calculating a required total quantity of a catalyst (TMc) based on the exhaust gas information and the catalyst information (S300); a means for determining the number of catalyst modules (EA), to be disposed along the width of the body of the selective catalytic reduction reactor, and a final value of the width of the body of the selective catalytic reduction reactor (D) based on the initial value of the width of the body of the selective catalytic reduction reactor (D) and widths of the catalyst modules (lms) (S400); a means for determining lengths of catalyst layers (Lcs) and the number of the catalyst layers (EB) (S500); and a means for determining a length of the selective catalytic reduction reactor based on the lengths of the catalyst layers (Lcs) and the number of the catalyst layers (EB) (S600).
