Disclosed is a method for preparing a natural antioxidant which shows superior antioxidant activity and can increase the productivity of the antioxidant by using leaves, stems and roots of Lespedeza bicolor turczaninow var., and all of leaves, above-ground parts, and roots of Plantago asiatica. To this end, the method comprises: a sorting step in which Lespedeza bicolor turczaninow var. and Plantago asiatica are dried, cut and sorted according to parts; a pulverizing step in which each part of the Lespedeza bicolor turczaninow var. and Plantago asiatica is pulverized; an ultrasonic extraction step in which the leaves of Lespedeza bicolor turczaninow var. are mixed with 100% fermented alcohol, and the stems and roots of Lespedeza bicolor turczaninow var. are mixed with 50% fermented alcohol, and then ultrasonic extraction is performed to produce a leaf extract, a stem extract, and a first root extract, whereas the flowers and roots of Plantago asiatica are mixed with 70% fermented alcohol, and the above-ground part of Plantago asiatica is mixed with 100% fermented alcohol, and ultrasonic extraction is performed to produce a leaf extract, an above-ground part extract, and a second root extract, and the extracts are mixed together to produce a mixture; and a condensation step in which the mixture is filtered under reduced pressure and then condensed. The antioxidant produced according to the present invention has superior extraction yield and improved antioxidant action. |
