SOLUTION: This moving layer adsorption device is used for moving a carbon adsorbent and the exhaust gas in the orthogonally crossing direction, and a second section 7b having hollow solid discharge means 8a and 8b provided on a floor surface 8 between a fist section 7a and a third section 7c respectively filled with the carbon adsorbent is provided.
