PURPOSE:To hold the gap located between the tip of the W electrode for welding and a base metal constantly and to perform a stabilized welding by storing a TIG welding equipment into the case having the holding face abutting to the welding base metal and a welding window and moving the welding tool protecting face of the case on the weld line by bringing it into contact with the base metal. CONSTITUTION:The W made electrode 2 of a TIG welding tool is fixed to the front end part of a copper made collet body 14 in a hollow shaft shape and fitted into the centering stone 15 made of ceramics having the oblong hole 15a extending to the right and left inside a shield cap 9. It is stored into the welding tool case 1 electrically insulated, a welding window 12 is provided on the welding tool protecting face 9a of the shield cap 9 and moved on a weld line 23a by abutting to the surface of the base metal 23 to be welded. The protecting face of the shield cap 9, namely the gap between the face of the base metal 23 and the tip of the W electrode 2 is held constant always, the arc length of between the tip of the electrode 2 and the weld line 23a of the base metal 23 is stabilized in a certain length always as well and a stable welding can be performed only by moving the welding tool case 1 by sliding on the weld line even in case of an unskilled person.
