A transducer for an electromagnetic flow meter has a thick-walled measurement tube (1) made of an electrically insulating material and containing at least two measurement electrodes (3) and at least two magnetic poles (7) which are lodged individually in blind holes (4) in the measurement tube (1) and interconnected by a yoke (8) equipped with a magnetizing coil (10). To improve the accuracy of measurement, the yoke (8) and the magnetizing coil (10) are arranged in a recess in the measurement tube (1) inside the shell surface. The recesses can be through holes (5) and grooves (6). In the assembled state, all magnetic components are housed inside the shell surface of the measurement tube (1). |
