PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device, an image forming device and an output voltage control method where a situation that an action of a circuit becomes unstable or is reset can be reliably evaded, the action of a main body is stabilized and improvement of stability is made possible at an extremely low cost. SOLUTION: The power supply slow start unit 2130 of the image forming device is provided with a DC/DC converter 3010 for converting the output voltage of a DC power source unit 2120, an FET 3030 receiving the output voltage of the DC power source unit 2120, a transistor 3060 for controlling the action of the FET 3030, a capacitor 3040, a resistor 3020 and 3050 for controlling the output voltage of the FET 3030. |
